平飼蛋白質含量高出13%

據國外研究指出,人道放養的雞蛋比起傳統籠飼養法所生產的雞蛋,膽固醇少1/3、飽和脂肪也少1/4。
維生素A增加2/3,Omega-3脂肪酸高2倍、維生素E高3倍,β-胡蘿蔔素更增加7倍。
連蛋白質含量,非籠養雞蛋也比籠養蛋高13%。
